Daycare Copilot uses artificial intelligence to draft plans, text and images. They are drafts for a professional to review — not finished, guaranteed or exclusive.

1. What is made with AI
Weekly plans, activities, circle-time ideas, materials lists, translations, printable resources, worksheets, visual guides and images are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (we use OpenAI). The AI does not know your children, your room, your local rules or what happened this morning.
2. You must review it
- AI can make mistakes: wrong or unsafe instructions, unsuitable ages, missing steps, odd pictures, spelling mistakes inside images, or translations that miss nuance.
- It cannot know about a child's allergies, health, developmental needs, choking hazards or special circumstances. Check every activity and material for your children before using it.
- You remain responsible for supervision, safety and compliance with your licensing and local rules.
3. Not professional advice
The content is general educational inspiration. It is not medical, developmental, psychological, legal, nutritional or safety advice, and it does not promise any developmental result. When in doubt, ask a qualified professional.
4. Not unique, and not exclusive to you
AI output may be similar or identical to what others receive. Resources generated through Daycare Copilot may be stored, adapted and reused in our shared resource library and offered to other educators; a resource created from your request is not exclusive to you. The details of who may do what are in our Terms of Service.
Resources that include your logo, name or children's information are meant to stay private, but please do not put personal information in requests for resources.
5. What the AI sees
To make a plan we send the AI provider your plan settings and anything you type into free-text boxes used for resources. We do not send children's names, dates of birth or attendance to it. Please don't type sensitive details into those boxes. More in the Privacy Policy.
6. Something wrong?
If a resource looks unsafe, inappropriate, mistaken or copies someone's work, tell us at support@daycarecopilot.com and we will review it and, if needed, remove it.
